BLACK LIVES MATTER
As a collective built upon the premise of creating intersectional safe spaces for BIPOC to connect and create together, we want to communicate to you that we are now more than ever committed to you all. We fully support Black Lives Matter and will continue to establish spaces for all BIPOC to gather, reflect, and simply just BE. We are your platform.
We share your anger and frustrations and want you to know that you are HEARD. We as a society have reached a boiling point, and while there are many positive things that have come out of this period of civil unrest (legislative change, wide-spread attention to the plight of POC), it should not have taken this long and with this amount of effort in order to activate these seemingly common sense changes. We have a far way to go, but we will get there TOGETHER.
That being said, while we welcome and appreciate any donations made towards our mission, we would also like to recommend that you consider donating to Black Lives Matter, the NAACP, the National Bail Network Fund, and the Equal Justice Initiative. Please also take the time to look through our Resources page as well, where you will find a living listing of BLM Orgs & Resources, Protests/Vigils in Greater Boston, and Protest Safety Tips.
